On-call advice and guidance when you need it. We encourage our clients to seek advice early to avoid running into employment problems – however if problems do arise we support you through the process to reach a resolution.
We offer consulting services to support employers to manage any employment issue. Common examples include:
- Disciplinary procedures.
- Change management procedures, technical restructures and redundancy.
- Performance improvement procedures / how to address poor performance.
- Absenteeism and sick leave.
- Personal grievances and employee complaints.
We generally provide these services on an hourly rate consulting basis. We can run the whole process for you, support you with advice and guidance behind the scenes, or provide any level of service in between, depending on your preferences.
In the event that the issue is disputed by the employee, we will advocate for you in mediation and the Employment Relations Authority if required (most cases do not go this far).
