About Alice Porter – Director ER Resolutions

With extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, Alice Porter is a highly regarded HR and employment relations specialist. She supports employers in resolving disputes, ensuring legal compliance, and strengthening workplace performance. Her specialism is employment relations which includes addressing employment issues, legal compliance, mediation and dispute resolution, and bargaining with trade unions. She is an accredited mediator with the Resolution Institute and holds the CIPD Personnel Management PgDip from the UK.
Operating throughout New Zealand, Alice enjoys the diversity that comes from working with a wide range of employers operating across a range of industries.
